Who are we looking for?

We're looking for a Rive Expert (Rive) who can turn cyber security ideas into experiences people actually want to engage with. Think interactive mini-games, choose-your-own-adventure scenarios, and branching narratives - where the story responds to the viewer, state machines replace timelines, and every animation serves a behavioral outcome.

As a company building a category-defining brand, we believe motion isn't decoration. It's the mechanism by which people understand threats, build habits, and remember what matters. You’ll own the interactive layer across our product and training content- designing and building immersive experiences with the same creative ambition and attention to craft that defines our brand, making Rive the connective tissue between design, engineering, and real behavior change.

What You'll Do:

Design and build interactive mini-games and scenario-based experiences in Rive from concept to production.
Create complex state machines, branching logic, and runtime-driven interactions that respond to user decisions.
Build nested artboard systems, reusable character rigs, and component libraries that scale across our content catalog.
Own the interactive animation layer across Frame's security content - from attack scenario narratives to gamified training moments.
Collaborate with product designers on UI micro-interactions, animated onboarding flows, and in-product motion patterns.
Partner with engineers on Rive runtime integration across web and React environments.
Define and evolve Frame's interactive motion language - the principles, transitions, and game-feel behaviors that make our product feel distinct.

Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:

Deep hands-on proven expertise in Rive state machines, blend states, inputs, listeners, events, and data binding
A portfolio with shipped interactive experiences or mini-games - work that makes decisions, responds to input, and tells a story through interaction.
Experience integrating Rive with web/React environments and handing off production-ready assets to engineers.
Strong game-feel instincts - you know the difference between an animation that looks good and one that feels good to interact with.
Solid motion design fundamentals - timing, easing, character expressiveness, visual storytelling.
