Guesty, the all-in-one platform empowering hospitality businesses, is seeking a Partnerships Tech Lead to spearhead our partner integrations. You'll be the technical champion for our 200+ partners, ensuring their solutions seamlessly connect with Guesty and deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in tech support, onboarding, solution architecture, tech sales, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS company
Expertise in REST APIs and testing tools like Postman or Chrome DevTools
Interpersonal skills with a win/win mindset for external and internal relationships
Analytical and process-oriented approach
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Exceptional organizational and task management abilities
Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of leading complex projects

Nice to have

Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
Experience in the hospitality industry
Product Management experience

Responsibilities:

Lead technical partner evaluations and onboarding, streamlining processes for quality assurance and customization for top clients.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
Champion long-term vision for partner integrations, fostering deeper and more seamless technology collaborations.
Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Customer-facing Teams to drive successful partner integrations.
Oversee ongoing maintenance, improvement, and growth of Guesty's partner integration infrastructure.
Support enterprise customer onboarding with a focus on third-party integrations.
Manage and inspire cross-functional collaboration to unlock innovation within the partner ecosystem.
