Front End Team Leader

Solitics, a cutting-edge data management, and automation platform is looking for an experienced and innovative Front end team leader to work as part of our experienced R&D team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and coordinate activities necessary to understand business objectives

- Translate business objectives into a technical roadmap

- Conduct design reviews, service health monitoring processes, and development and

deployment processes

- Provide guidance and mentorship to the team

- Develop features and improvements, maintain standards through code review, Manage

versions and releases

- Solve technical problems of the highest scope and complexity for your team

Qualifications:

- 2+ year experience in management roles (Small teams).

- 5+ years of experience developing web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript

- Experience in architecture and design of large-scale scalable and high-performance web

production systems

- Extensive knowledge of React and its ecosystem

- Familiarity with GraphQL & WebSockets

- Experience in writing tests (unit, e2e)

- Advanced version control using Git (+GitFlow)

- Knowledge of AWS (S3/Cloudfront) - Advantage

- Knowledge of AngularJS – Advantage

- Excellent leadership and inspiration of people

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hebrew, English)

- Problem-solving, attention to detail, and deadline-oriented.
