RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with the product and engineering teams, for all product releases.
Create and manage product life cycles through the phase gates process.
Maintain calendar of NPI events for cross functional teams
Drive organizational and strategic objectives and Key Results (KPI) to completion to deliver organization/company goals.
Provides engineering and business process expertise to team and other members on various standard programs / issues..
Must have hands-on experience with software development, specifically for system software development. . Strong leadership skills.
Drive technical discussions that effectively address cross functional requirements.
Being thorough and the ability to multitask is important. Experience influencing decisions and leading teams in a matrix environment.
Enthusiastic, responsive, and passionate about finding opportunities for process improvement.
Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
Implement best practices to optimize efficiency, responsiveness and overall business stats.
Ability to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus to make programs successful. Strong problem solving skills, consistently successful implementing systematic solutions.
Develop the project timeline with leads and peers from cross-functional teams, Hardware and Software Engineering teams.
Prepares project plans and drives the project from conception and planning to implementation. Will participate in the development of strategies, processes and resources.
Evaluate and implement impactful process improvements:
Changes in current business processes
Integrating automation technology into business processes
Collaborate with teams and business process owners to support change.
Manage program budget and review with Engineering and finance.
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in program management, HW and SW release programs, or a related field, preferably in a data storage or technology industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
Operating systems, like Linux, and system level knowledge is a plus.
Excellent Program Management Skills to manage large and complex programs across many geographies.
Five or more years of experience in an management role, preferably in program management
Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
Experience in NetSuite, JIRA, Salesforce and Arena
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify, deliver, and follow-up on required corrective actions.
Skilled in coordinating and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented, self-driven and a self starter
Experience presenting to executive teams
Strong deductive reasoning, a logical mind, and a strong ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms
Flexibility working in a startup that’s continually punching above its weight.
Experience with developing and documenting processes and procedures
