Employee Experience Manager (Maternity Leave Replacement)

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Employee Experience Manager to join our People team as a maternity leave replacement.
At the heart of this role is creating a meaningful, engaging, and connected employee experience - from everyday moments to company-wide programs and events.
Alongside Employee Experience, the role offers a unique opportunity to expand into Employer Branding, take ownership of key initiatives, and help bring our culture and employee stories to life externally.

Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience in Employee Experience, engagement, welfare, or related People roles, ideally within a tech environment.
A passion for people, culture, and creating authentic and memorable employee experiences.
Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute initiatives end-to-end with high quality and attention to detail.
Experience managing employee experience or welfare budgets, including planning, prioritization, and ongoing budget tracking.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and move fast while staying organized.
Tech-savvy, resourceful, and adaptable in a dynamic and growing environment.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
A collaborative, positive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to make employees feel valued and connected.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver employee experience programs that foster engagement, connection, inclusion, and well-being.
Create meaningful employee-life moments, including birthdays, anniversaries, new babies, weddings, get-well support, and other personal milestones.
Plan and execute global company events, off-sites, team-building activities, holiday celebrations, gifting, swag, and special initiatives.
Manage and optimize the annual employee experience budget, prioritizing high-impact, thoughtful, and creative initiatives.
Build and adapt scalable employee experience programs globally, creating a cohesive culture and shared employee experience across company sites.
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for employee welfare, engagement, and experience-related needs.
Take ownership of key Employer Branding initiatives, working closely with Recruiting and Marketing to showcase our culture, people, and values.
Create and coordinate employer brand content and campaigns across LinkedIn, social media, career channels, and other relevant platforms.
Help identify and tell authentic employee stories, strengthen employee advocacy, and support recruitment marketing initiatives for key talent audiences.
