DFT Engineer

Job Description:Development and implementation of DFT architecture· Design and verification of DFT logic and components· Generation of high-quality test and debug patterns· Silicon bring-up, diagnosis and support.Additional Positions:Chip Validation, Analog designLocation:Northen Sharon, Tel Aviv - CenterCategory:HardwareJob Qualifications:B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering· At least 8 years in a semiconductor company as a DFT engineer· Chip design, Verilog and System Verilog· Verification, UVM methodology ATPG tools· Expertise in Synopsys toolset (Scan insertion, SMS and pattern generation)· Experience with Mentor tools - Advantage· Familiarity with ATE· DDR and PCie testing· High speed SerDes testability· Static timing analysis· Scripting (Python/Perl/Tcl)Company Occupation:High TechCompany Size:Large (150+)
