DFT Engineer

Job Description:
Development and implementation of DFT architecture
· Design and verification of DFT logic and components
· Generation of high-quality test and debug patterns
· Silicon bring-up, diagnosis and support.

Job Qualifications:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering
· At least 8 years in a semiconductor company as a DFT engineer
· Chip design, Verilog and System Verilog
· Verification, UVM methodology ATPG tools
· Expertise in Synopsys toolset (Scan insertion, SMS and pattern generation)
· Experience with Mentor tools - Advantage
· Familiarity with ATE
· DDR and PCie testing
· High speed SerDes testability
· Static timing analysis
· Scripting (Python/Perl/Tcl)
