💡 About the Role

We are looking for a talented Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and building high-quality products. You'll be involved in the full development lifecycle—from design and implementation to deployment and continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work on innovative AI-driven products, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to technologies that bridge software, computer vision, and industrial operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software components and services
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Algorithms, and Operations teams to deliver customer-facing solutions
• Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems
• Participate in system design, code reviews, and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance
• Contribute to deployment and monitoring of production environments
• Work with AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years software development experience; proficiency in Python, C#, or similar languages
• Startup experience: led the journey from MVP to production maturity
• Proven track record shipping deep tech systems (ML, computer vision, etc.) at scale
• Expert-level problem-solving: reliability, observability, performance optimization, system design
• University degree 85+ / College degree 90+
• Strong cross-functional communication; able to influence and drive business outcomes across teams
• Deep specialization or expertise in a specific domain (ML/CV/systems/etc.)
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
