Utron, a global public company specializing in the design, development, and implementation of automated logistics systems and robotic parking solutions, is seeking an Electrical Design Team Leader to lead the Electrical & Control Systems Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of Electrical Engineers, providing technical guidance, professional development, and day-to-day support.
Design electrical and control systems for automated material handling equipment, robotic parking systems, and automated logistics centers.
Review and approve electrical designs, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support contractors during installation and commissioning, both in Israel and abroad.
Provide technical support during project execution and system commissioning.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Control Engineering.
Valid Electrical License – Must.
Proven experience leading a team of Electrical Design Engineers – Must.
5+ years of experience in electrical and control systems design for industrial machinery or automation systems.
Experience with industrial automation projects and on-site commissioning.
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD Electrical.
Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, sensors, motors, VFDs, and industrial communication protocols.
Experience managing offshore freelance engineers for urgent project support.
Demonstrated ability for independent learning of new electrical and control systems.
High level of technical English – Must.
Willingness to travel to customer sites across Israel and occasionally abroad
