We are looking for a dynamic and experienced VP Product to join our team and lead our B2C product strategy and development efforts.

What will you do?

* Market Engagement - Leverage insights from users, partners, competitor analysis and advisory board to gather feedback and define the product roadmap, vision, and go-to-market strategy.

* Product Strategy - Define, communicate, plan and execute the product vision, strategy and road map aligned with company goals and market trends.

* Product Execution - Oversee the end-to-end product execution lifecycle, from concept to launch

* Product Performance - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product performance and success.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, R&D, business partnerships and marketing, to ensure alignment and coordination across departments.

* Team Leadership - Recruit, train and lead a team of product managers and designers to reach their utmost potential

What will you bring to the table?

* Proven experience in product leadership roles, with a track record of 7+ years of B2C product management experience with a strong focus on product strategy, feature scoping, UI design, product optimization and go-to-market execution

* Strong technical knowledge and experience working in Web/Native app environments and systems

* Hands-on approach and eagerness to get the job done

* Quality driven with a keen eye for user experience and detail

* Creative problem solver, fast-moving, clear thinker

* Highly proficient in spoken and written English

* Ability to communicate with developers, designers and QA.

* Knowledge of the betting and gaming industry - a plus

* Passionate about sports - a  big plus
