Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our passionate team at Platforms Hub. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive projects from conception through completion, ensuring they align with our mission to support and grow Jerusalem's entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

- Report and escalate to management as needed.

- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the financial needs of the hub's projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

- Proven working experience as a Project Manager in the non-profit, entrepreneurial, or tech industry.

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
