Software Validation Engineer

We're looking for an experienced, talented SW validation engineer to join our Image Processing Software team!

What will you be doing?

Lead the SW validation, automatic and holistic testing of complex systems, including advanced algorithms and software which collaborating with a mix of state-of-the-art optics, scanning electron microscopes, lasers and motion systems
Collaborate closely with product managers, algorithm developers and architects to develop a prioritized test plan that addresses technological challenges while meeting the precise needs of our customers and develop automation for this test plan.
Perform testing and troubleshooting in various complexity levels, and develop automation mainly in Image Processing domain
Work with application qualification teams to create and implement the appropriate test plan, and troubleshoot complex issues as they arise.
Review spec requirements to ensure clarity for the development team and influence the team for effective development and coverage planning.

What you should have:

B.Sc/M.Sc in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, etc.), with 5+ years of multidisciplinary systems R&D.
Strong analytical skills and self-learning.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong programming skills, knowledge in Python.
Algorithms automatic testing - Advantage.
Excellent collaboration capabilities, with different disciplines and the ability to work independently.
Leadership skills.
Strong English oral and written communication skills, presenting skills.
