Skai is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team and help us attract and hire top talent to support our growing business.

Responsibilities:

Identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions and requirements
Source and attract candidates through online channels, social media, and networking
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and make hiring decisions
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
2+ years of experience in recruiting for a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of successfully filling positions with qualified candidates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
