Compliance Project Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance Professional) preferred.
At least 5 years project management experience or a similar role
Proven experience in compliance management, preferably in Fin-tech industry
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Deep Technical understanding and proven experience in overseeing technical projects from initiation to completion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English (both written and spoken)

On this role you will:

Act as the primary interface to all Compliance officers to ensure complying with all relevant regulations and specifications.
Responsible for overseeing and managing compliance projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Success, Data, IT) to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and track key milestones, promptly addressing any deviations from the plan.
Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory bodies.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, meeting minutes, and compliance reports.
