Technical Support Engineer לסטארט אפ בתחום הסייבר בתל אביב Technical Support Engineer לסטארט אפ בתחום הסייבר בתל אביב Experience with writing SQL queries (very important ), Infrastructure & Application Monitoring Tools, Jira ticketing / service desk More than 3 years of previous experience in technical support, Tier 1-2 , role (preferably in a startup or similar high-paced environment) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and logically Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other professionals to ensure high-quality of service Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once. Proven experience and understanding of Docker containers (advantage: Kubernetes) High proficiency in spoken and written English Nice to haves: Knowledge of Cyber Security and Risk Management products and standards Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent) Previous experience working in startup companies Send your cv to: [email protected]
