Responsibilities
Define and execute the product strategy for platforms that support personalized, data-driven user communication in a B2C context.
Partner with cross-functional teams (monetization, sales, CRM, analytics, ENG) to understand user needs, segmentation opportunities, and business goals.
Design, prioritize, and deliver product features that enable targeted, contextually relevant messaging across channels.
Continuously monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to optimize communication effectiveness.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies or platforms to enhance personalization and communication capabilities.
Develop product roadmaps, manage backlog, and coordinate product launches.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in user engagement, CRM, or communication tools in a B2C environment.
Familiarity with user communication platforms such as Emails, SMS, Push notifications, or similar tools (e.g., Optimove, Braze, Iterable) is a plus.
Experience with Optimove is a strong advantage.
Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, personalized messaging, segmentation, and user retention strategies.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, analytics, and Engineering (ENG).
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive personalization and engagement decisions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
