OGC is a boutique research and consulting agency specializing in data-driven strategy, market research, quantitative analytics, and Customer Experience (CX) program design and optimization. We work with some of the world’s largest organizations across a variety of industries, including Telecommunications, Financial Services, Specialty Retail, Hospitality, and Software, helping them gain a deeper understanding of their customers, develop actionable insights, and improve business processes.
We’re seeking a high-energy, detail-driven Marketing and Communications Associate to help us keep marketing initiatives on track and moving forward. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, knows how to rally people around deadlines, and brings a strong marketing instinct to the table. You’ll be the engine behind campaigns, content, and marketing initiatives responsible for turning plans into action and action into results.
This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the office. Working hours will need to be flexible, as we work closely with teams in the U.S. on some days, you may start and finish slightly later to accommodate time zone differences.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning, Campaign Execution, and Content Management:
Support the CX and internal communications teams in campaign planning and execution, including internal communications content and newsletters
Conduct discovery to identify communication needs and develop strategies for effective dissemination across the organization.
Lead the development of engaging, data-driven communications campaigns.
Curate and maintain content in internal platforms, including routine uploads, tagging, and taxonomy refinement.
Brand & Reporting Alignment:
Assist in establishing and maintaining reporting standards (e.g., design, layout, tone) for cross-platform consistency.
Help develop and maintain delivery guidelines to preserve brand integrity.
Identify gaps and opportunities for process and content improvement.
Support the strategy and template development for self-service platforms such as Medallia and Tableau.
Provide guidance on leveraging these tools for internal reporting and communication needs.
2–4 years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and campaigns involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Clear, confident communicator with the ability to push forward progress diplomatically but firmly.
Experience with digital marketing channels.
Experience with HubSpot, Zoominfo, WordPress, and Canva is a significant advantage
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail
A strong personality and sense of ownership; you don’t take “no” for an answer when something needs to get done.
