The Control-M product line is BMC’s orchestration and automation platform. It helps the world's largest companies to automate time-sensitive, business-critical workflows. We orchestrate data and machine learning pipelines, supply chains, production lines, financial transactions, and other processes in complex IT environments worldwide. BMC is looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, develop and maintain efficient and reliable DevOps functions for the Control-M product.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

• Work as a part of a fantastic team of professional DevOps Engineers while working with advanced technologies.
• Participate in supporting code, configuration management, and release branches using CI/CD tools.
• Write scripts in Groovy, Ruby, Perl, Python to automate DevOps functions.
• Bring new automation technologies to improve the speed and quality of our engineering efforts.
• Participate in supporting and improving tools for continuous integration, automated performance, stress testing & release management.
• Participate in building systems automation and provisioning frameworks for environments (Ansible).
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

• You can embrace, live and breathe our BMC values every day!
• You have 2-3 years' experience in a DevOps role
• You have background in Linux/Unix Administration and scripting
• You built CI\CD pipelines, using Docker, Kubernetes, Chef etc.
• You have experience in code and script (Python, Perl, Ansible and Ruby)

Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:

• Public Cloud (preferably AWS)
• Agile-Scrum methodology
