Job Title: Assistant Controller

Reports to: Corporate Controller

Job Objective:

Preparation of Company's financial statement.

Major Duties and Responsibilities of Controller:

Responsible for the financial records of the company
Professional guidance of the financial reporting of the Company's U.S. subsidiary
Responsible for detailed month end close process including a complete P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow review, inventory analysis and other key performance indicators
Guidance and involvement in payroll process
Guidance, involvement, and control in bookkeeping tasks
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly consolidated financial statements with supporting schedules for the guidance of management
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting packages to the parent company
Provide accurate and meaningful internal reports, revise, and update reports to be more useful and efficient and provide external reports as necessary
Prepare the Company's tax forms
Responsible for analyzing, investigating, and resolving problems independently

Requirements:

CPA
Ability to adapt in a changing workplace

Strong interpersonal skills
Very good verbal and written communications skills both in Hebrew and English
