We're seeking a highly motivated R&D Program Management Student to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects.

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze data related to R&D and product development initiatives.
Assist in the creation of comprehensive reports and presentations based on collected data.
Support the R&D program management team in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables using Scrum Agile methodology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and ensure accurate reporting.
Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient data collection processes aligned with Scrum Agile practices
REQUIREMENTS

BSc student in Industrial and Management Engineering or a related field (with at least 3 semesters remaining before graduation).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Monday is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
