Build the HW/SW maintenance renewals & subscriptions
Initiate the renewals process in a timely manner.
Aim to achieve cost savings on renewals.
Maintain a key contact list for IT vendors, including support escalation paths, end of support dates and related key information.
Serve as the escalation manager for IT vendors during outages or critical (P1) issues.
What will your job look like?

SW Compliance Management:

Manage and ensure compliance and governance of software assets within Managed Services unit.
Focus on maintaining software compliance with relevant agreements, optimizing software usage, and identifying and mitigating risks associated with software assets across all Managed Services accounts.
Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders including the Corporate SW Compliance lead, legal, procurement, finance, IT and executives located globally
Conduct and facilitate regular self-audit spot-checks, including risk assessments & mitigation, audit planning, control evaluations, report drafting, and documenting processes related to in-scope software publishers as part of software compliance management.
Identify and implement best practices for software compliance.

Preferences

Comprehensive understanding in IT services and infrastructure.
Utilization of a risk-based approach to documentation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in coordinate and lead a geographically dispersed teams across the USA, India, and APAC regions.
Certifications:
Certified Software Asset Manager - ITIAM
AWS Practitioner
Azure Fundamentals certification
All you need is...
Ability to work and communicate with senior level management within the company and with the 3 rd party vendors
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with ITAM lifecycle management, SW licensing models, on-prem and cloud environments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and quickly adjust to changing priorities and requirements.
Strong time management skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
