Responsibilities:

End-to-end project management of QMS system implementation.Coordination between IT, Quality, and Regulatory teams
Management of external vendor.Project planning, task tracking, and scope management
Oversight of validation stages
Daily issue resolution and removing obstacles
Ongoing reporting to relevant stakeholders within the organization

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Information Systems project management – mandatory
Proven experience in enterprise system implementation – mandatory
Hands-on experience with QMS or other quality/regulatory systems – strong advantage
Experience managing vendors and working across multiple interfaces
Excellent English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory
Relevant academic degree – mandatory
Ability to independently manage complex projects
Strong coordination, prioritization, and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
Practical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
