Job Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior Software Engineer to join our core development team.
This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of key components in an advanced imaging pipeline — from
hardware integration through real-time processing, all the way to deployment.
You’ll work closely with algorithm engineers, hardware teams, and system architects to build high-performance
solutions at the intersection of image processing, embedded systems, and machine learning.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Design and develop end-to-end imaging pipelines on embedded GPU platforms.
➢ Optimize performance and integration of algorithms from research to production.
➢ Work with cutting-edge thermal and polarimetric camera systems.
➢ Lead technical decisions, architecture discussions, and mentor team members.
➢ Collaborate across teams to seamlessly meld backend solutions with frontend applications, enhancing
functionality and user experience.
➢ Uphold and advance code quality, ensuring scalability and performance across multiple platforms.
➢ Innovate and architect robust backend structures to support the growing demands of our technology.
What We’re Looking For:
➢ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent degree.
➢ 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
➢ Strong proficiency in Python
➢ Experience with NVIDIA Jetson platforms or other GPU-accelerated systems
➢ Solid understanding of image processing and computer vision
➢ Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV)
➢ Experience working alongside algorithm engineers or data scientists
➢ Comfortable working in a startup environment and owning projects end-to-end
Bonus Points:
➢ Experience in low-level optimization (e.g., CUDA, SIMD).
➢ Background in thermal imaging or polarimetry.
➢ Familiarity with ROS or real-time embedded systems
➢ Deep knowledge of FFmpeg, video streaming, and encoding pipelines.
