The ideal candidate will have3-5 years of hands-on experience and will lead a small team consisting of two junior developers with no prior professional experience. This role requires expertise in Angular, Node.js, and AWS, as well as strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. As Senior Team Lead, you will oversee development processes, ensure project milestones are met, and foster a collaborative environment for team growth. You will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable solutions while guiding junior team members to develop their technical skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about building high-quality software solutions.

3-5 years of professional experience in software development

Proficiency in Angular and Node.js

Hands-on experience with AWS

Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Experience in designing scalable solutions

Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage priorities

Fluent in English
