Medical Scientific Liaison (Pipeline)

The MSL is responsible for scientifically engaging, collaborating and aligning with a broad range of external stakeholders to co-create value, address identified patient needs and ultimately change the practice of medicine for better patient access and outcomes. They leverage the right evidence at the right time during their engagements and identify insights and opportunities that impact and inform the Integrated Product Strategy, Integrated Evidence Generation Plans, Patient Journey and implementing medical strategies. This role contribute to innovative partnerships and implement relevant disease area strategies implement in cardio vascular and Immunology fields. They will act as a strategic scientific partner, and collaborate with other Field matrix colleagues (e.g., Value/Market Access, commercial etc.) to ensure Novartis launch excellence and improve patient access and outcomes.

This position reports to the Medical Manager in Israel.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Be a strategic internal partner, gather and leverage insights for an impactful contribution to drive launch success of pipeline innovative products.
Identify data gaps, data generation opportunities, key unmet needs and opportunities to help improve patient access and outcomes
Ensure appropriate identification and mapping of external stakeholders, aligned to the medical strategy, and in collaboration with other Novartis colleagues. Create personalized, flexible engagement strategies and plans, leveraging multiple channels and tailored content.
Communicate up-to-date scientific publications, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
Adopt and leverage digital channels and innovative initiatives for a broader, effective, personalized reach and impact.
Leading high level impactful scientific exchanges and medical education.
Promote and adhere to ethics and compliance professional practices policy.

Essential Requirements:

Education: PharmD, PhD, MD, DMD, DVM.
Proficient Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences.
Team player.
Demonstrated self-management skills.
Strong personal integrity reflected in all actions and behaviors.

Desirable Requirements:

Previous experience as an Instructor.
Previous experience from Pharma.
