Controller - Financial Transactions

We are seeking a Controller with proven experience in trading room environments and complex financial operations, including multi-currency transactions and high-volume cash flow management.

Responsibilities:

Oversee reporting, reconciliation, and control processes related to the company’s trading operations
Monitor and analyze financial instruments, FX transactions, derivatives, cash flows, and digital wallets
Prepare and deliver financial reports for management and external stakeholders
Collaborate closely with internal control and finance teams
Lead the implementation of a new ERP system
Report directly to the CFO

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Assistant Controller in environments such as trading rooms, payments, financial instruments, or global finance
Deep understanding of multi-currency transactions and complex cash flow structures
Hands-on experience working with ERP systems
High proficiency in Excel
Full professional proficiency in English, especially for financial reading and writing
Experience with NetSuite or Priority– an advantage
