Responsibilities: • Working closely with the Product Manager to help the business unit attain its goals. • Conduct business requirement gathering with clients overseas and internal stakeholders. • Write functional requirements as user stories. • Work closely with development to design the right solutions. • Work with QA to ensure the delivery of high quality solutions • Become a system expert – assisting the client with production issues and queries
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
