About The Position

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our super talented and fun Mani-Festo Partnerships team!

MANIFESTO operates as a startup entity, within Intango, an AdTech bootstrap company, offering a variety of solutions to serve leading brands worldwide.

The team is working with top global Publishers, helping them to achieve maximum Monetization and increase their Revenue.

You Will
Have complete ownership on all your accounts on all aspects; monetization, strategy, technical issues, finance and more
Build and grow strong relationships by creating regular meetings with your strategic publishers
Grow a publisher from the initial stages
Analyze and Identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams (CSM, Analysis, Product etc.) to improve performance.
Keep up with Industry Trends
The person we're looking for
2-3 years’ experience as a Publisher / Partnership Manager in Online, Digital Advertising or Performance Management.
Proven experience in growing accounts
Full work proficiency in English (oral & written).
Experience in sales or business development - an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, creative and curious.
Striving for success, goal oriented “go getter” personality
Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Highly independent, fast learner, problem solver and proactive
BA degree in Economics / Business Administration or related fields.

Important to know: We work in a hybrid model - 3 fixed days from the office, & 2 days you can choose to WFH or from the office.
