About The Position

We are looking for a head of Product Operations to lead our Product Operations function. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence across our product organization and its interfaces with all stakeholders. This position will report directly to the VP Product and would be part of the product leadership team. It is a hands-on role where you will work closely with Product, R&D, GTM, and CS to streamline processes, improve data-driven decision-making, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Product Operational Excellence

Establish and continuously optimize product management processes to improve efficiency, drive excellence, and align with company objectives.
Drive roadmap planning, prioritization frameworks, and delivery tracking to enhance visibility and predictability.
Lead executive updates and reviews of product and R&D execution

Data & Insights

Build and manage metrics, dashboards, OKR tracking, KPI updates, and executive summaries to ensure clarity, transparency, and goal alignment.
Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and improve product outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a bridge between Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution of collaborative initiatives.
Define product qualification and release processes to ensure a smooth transition from development to stakeholders.

Identify and implement tools and workflows to improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration.
Requirements
6 - 8 years of experience in Product Operations or Product Management within a SaaS and enterprise-focused company.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and track product success.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proven record of running complex cross-organization processes
Experience with Agile methodologies, roadmapping tools, and data analysis platforms.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive changes across the organization.
Managerial experience is an advantage
