The Restaurant Associate (RA) works in close cooperation with the Restaurant Development Managers and Support Associates to help our restaurant partners maximize their opportunity for success.
The RA is responsible for assisting our restaurant partners in onboarding their venues, ensuring their menus are updated on the platform and offering general day-to-day support.
What you'll be doing
Driving and managing the growth of your restaurant portfolio
Monitoring and improving operational KPIs for your restaurants
Becoming a key knowledge source and go-to person for restaurant-related strategies
Actively drive sales growth and leveraging Wolt's various promotional tools
Train and onboard Tier 1/Tier 2 venues
Collaborating closely with Finance, Analytics, and Marketing teams to address restaurant needs
Using data to drive commercial and strategic discussions with restaurant partners on a daily basis
Qualifications
Experience in account management, sales, or business development (0-2 years).
Knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and restaurant needs- Advantage
Analytical skills with the ability to work with data.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Sales-oriented mindset and proactive approach.
BA in Business Management or similar fields– an advantage.
Fluent in Hebrew; English proficiency
