Director of Finance

This is a high-impact position responsible for driving financial performance, strengthening operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and work with world-class teams dedicated to innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Develop and execute long-term financial strategy aligned with business goals
Oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance
Provide strategic insights based on financial data and market trends
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and support growth initiatives
Manage cash flow, cost control, and profitability analyses
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Drive process improvements and implement financial best practices
Oversee and mentor the finance team to support operational excellence
Utilize financial systems and tools to support analysis and reporting needs

Requirements:

Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles
Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, and business acumen
Demonstrated experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Experience with financial systems (NetSuite is an advantage)
Ability to work effectively in both Hebrew and English (required)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and support multiple stakeholders
