AI Product Manager | Builder Mindset

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Product Manager who enjoys turning complex business challenges into practical, working solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable operating between business, data and technology — someone who can explore a problem, challenge assumptions, experiment with possible solutions and move quickly from idea to something that creates real value.

You won’t just manage a roadmap. You’ll be expected to get close to the data, understand how processes actually work, test ideas, shape the product direction and drive execution together with technical and business teams.

What you’ll be doing:
-Identify high-impact business problems that can be solved or improved through AI.
-Translate complex needs into clear product concepts and practical solutions.
-Lead AI-driven initiatives from early exploration and experimentation through launch and adoption.
-Work closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to shape and validate solutions.
-Use data to understand problems, test assumptions and guide product decisions.
-Define what success looks like and make sure the solution delivers real business value.
-Create or experiment with prototypes, automations and AI tools when it helps move the product forward.
-Navigate multiple stakeholders and drive progress in a large, complex and regulated environment.

What we’re looking for?
-3+ years of Product Management experience.
-Experience leading at least one AI, GenAI or ML-based product, feature or solution into production.
-Strong analytical thinking and confidence working with data.
-A builder mentality — curiosity, initiative and willingness to test ideas rather than only define them.
-Ability to work independently in an environment where not everything is predefined.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to connect business needs with technical execution.

Advantage-
Experience with SQL, Python, prototyping, automations or modern AI development tools will be a strong advantage, as will experience working in a large or regulated organization.
