Compensation & Benefits Coordinator

A leading company is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Coordinator to join its HR team.

The role combines employee data analysis, data validation and compensation-related processes, with a strong focus on accuracy, reporting and identifying trends and discrepancies in HR data.

Key Responsibilities:
-Analyze employee data related to compensation, benefits, headcount and workforce costs.
-Perform ongoing data validation, reconciliation and quality checks across HR systems and reports.
-Identify inconsistencies, anomalies and gaps in employee data and --work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
-Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports, analyses and management presentations.
-Support salary review, bonus and incentive processes, including calculations and data preparation.
-Conduct compensation analyses and support internal and external benchmarking.
-Track workforce trends, compensation changes and key HR metrics.
-Maintain accurate compensation and employee data in HR systems.
-Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and other internal stakeholders.
-Support the improvement and automation of C&B reporting and analytical processes.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Human Resources or a related field.
-1–3 years of experience in an analytical, HR analytics, compensation, payroll, finance or data-oriented role.
-Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
-Advanced Excel skills – required.
-Experience working with large employee datasets and performing data validation and reconciliation.
-Experience with HRIS / HR systems – an advantage.
-Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Power Query or other data analysis tools – an advantage.
-Ability to identify trends and translate data into clear insights.
-High level of accuracy, confidentiality and responsibility.
-Good English skills.
