Job Description:
In this position, you will be part of the Environment, Health and safety (EHS) team supporting Intel's R and D activity in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Locally you will part of the EHS team supporting Intel Israel Research and Development campuses, mainly in Haifa, Jerusalem and Petah Tikva. Disciplines covered by the team include Environment, Industrial Hygiene, Safety, Occupational Health and Ergonomics. The team supports Intel's business units involved in Research and Development, Logistics, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources etc. You will be working independently, as well as in collaboration with the other EHS team members, Operations team, R and D labs etc. As part of this position, you will be supporting mainly Environment and Industrial Hygiene related activities, such as but not limited to :Providing EHS support to internal counterparts; Enhancing established procedures/practices on Environmental and Industrial Hygiene programs; Conducting risk assessments; supporting compliance audits of applicable EHS programs and regulations; Working in collaboration with other EHS professionals within the company; chemical evaluation and approval processes; waste management etc.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications:
• Registered student in one of the following departments:
science or engineering, e.g., environmental engineering/ sciences, safety, industrial hygiene, chemistry or related fields
•Min 2 years till graduation - mandatory.
•Technical EHS background, chemical background and knowledge in EHS related regulations will be an advantage.
•Ability to work in a global environment (good English skills)
•Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
•High learning skills
