Product lead- Freelancer

we are hiring an experienced Product Lead for a unique museum, to join an innovative and meaningful project as a full time freelancer.

Position Overview:

As a Product lead at the Museum, you will spearhead the development of an innovative

educational product aiming to enable a personalized discovery journey through Jewish identity.

With a focus on leveraging cutting-edge technology and fostering a user-centric approach, you will

be instrumental in shaping the product roadmap and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, post-launch analysis,

and ongoing optimizations.

• Develop both short and long-term roadmaps for the product.

• Define and monitor KPIs, analyze user behavior, collect feedback, and iterate on features to

achieve product goals.

• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders across the company.

• Prioritize user experience throughout product development to produce an exceptional user

experience.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and content teams to define requirements,

specifications, and timelines.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of product management experience in the B2C/ B2B2C product industry.

• Proven track record in leading and delivering user-oriented features.

• Detail-oriented, proactive self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work part-time (50%) on the project in the first 1-2 months,

followed by a transition to full-time.

• Ability to thrive in an environment with uncertainty.

• Passion for Jewish heritage and education.

• Advantage - experience in Educational Technology or learning applications.
