This role is an opportunity to build and evolve social and engagement features at scale, working across web, mobile, and connected TV experiences that reach millions of users worldwide. You’ll join a high-performing product team and take ownership of meaningful parts of the user experience from early discovery through to delivery and optimisation.
The Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Social Product team, focused on building and evolving DAZN’s social and engagement capabilities. This is an early-career product role (1–2 years’ experience) with real ownership, responsibility, and exposure to large-scale consumer product development.
You will own defined areas of the social product experience end-to-end, driving features that increase engagement, strengthen fan interaction, and enhance personalisation across the platform. This includes capabilities such as social interactions, personalisation layers, gamification mechanics, and live engagement experiences.
Working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and other Product stakeholders, you will define clear product requirements, prioritise effectively, and ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable features across web, mobile, and TV.
What You'll Be Doing:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for defined social and engagement features, from discovery through to delivery and optimisation
Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
Shape engaging social experiences across web, mobile, and TV platforms
Partner with Design and UX to translate user needs into intuitive, high-quality experiences
Work with Engineering to deliver scalable, reliable, and well-structured implementations
Drive product iteration through A/B testing, experimentation, and performance analysis
Balance user experience, technical constraints, and business priorities to deliver impact
Design features with reuse and scalability in mind across DAZN’s platform ecosystem
Contribute to API definitions, product logic, and data requirements that support feature delivery
Ensure product decisions consider cross-platform consistency and long-term maintainability
Understand and influence how backend systems and data structures enable user-facing functionality
Apply structured thinking to ensure features work effectively across multiple surfaces and contexts
Work closely with Product, UX, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to deliver features at scale
Drive alignment across stakeholders on scope, prioritisation, and delivery approach
Participate actively in agile delivery processes, ensuring momentum and clarity across sprints
Communicate product progress, decisions, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
Contribute to a strong culture of product excellence and execution discipline
What You'll Bring:
1–2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or similar roles
Exposure to working with software development teams in an agile environment
Strong interest in how digital products are built and improved over time
Ability to translate ideas and user needs into structured requirements with support
Curiosity about APIs, backend systems, and how products work under the hood
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision making
Passion for sport and curiosity about fan behaviour and engagement
Experience in media, entertainment, gaming, or consumer apps is a plus
