We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Team Lead to lead and elevate our social presence across Artlist and Motion Array. This is a leadership role that combines strategic thinking, content creation, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.

As Social Media Team Lead, you’ll own our social strategy end-to-end, mentor and grow a talented team, and drive impactful brand campaigns that resonate with our audience. You’ll ensure that our social content is high-quality, engaging, and aligned with our brand guidelines, while bringing new ideas to the table to keep us ahead of the curve.Wake up for this

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of social media managers and content creators, providing clear feedback, guidance, and growth opportunities.
Own and execute the social media strategy across all platforms to drive engagement, awareness, and community growth.
Plan and deliver high-quality content at scale, ensuring consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, and Design teams to deliver cohesive 360° campaigns.
Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations, identifying and nurturing relationships that amplify our brand and campaigns.
Launch innovative social initiatives that push creative boundaries and position Artlist as a leader in our industry.
Monitor performance and optimize content using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and platform analytics to improve reach and engagement.
Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all social channels to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
Represent the Social Media team in planning sessions, campaign kickoffs, and stakeholder meetings.
Stay ahead of trends, tools, and platform updates, continuously bringing fresh ideas and best practices to the team.

Requirements:

7+ years of professional experience in social media, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing social teams.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies for B2C or B2B brands.
Strong portfolio of high-performing campaigns that demonstrate creativity, scalability, and measurable impact.
Experience working with influencers, creators, and brand partnerships to drive engagement and reach.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with experience mentoring and developing talent.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Data-driven mindset with a solid understanding of social analytics and performance optimization.
Up-to-date on the latest social trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Experience in music, film, or creative industries is an advantage.
Fluent English at a very high level is required
