Ori Sandbox is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will drive the financial performance of the company, manage risks, and ensure regulatory compliance. With a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and strategic planning, the CFO will play a crucial role in shaping the company's growth and financial health while working closely with the executive team.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial planning and analysis process to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
• Drive financial innovations and enhancements to improve operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior financial management role.
• Proven track record of financial planning, analysis, and reporting in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution, particularly in a growth-oriented environment.
