Student Software Engineer

We are looking for a brilliant and motivated software student for our automation infrastructure and tools team. In this role, you will build applications and infrastructure for our internal teams. These applications can range from massive infrastructure, through complicated distributed systems, to tools for diagnostics or automated tasks. You will use a wide range of operating systems, technologies and architectures. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a complex technology environment.

Requirements:

Good Python knowledge
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 3 semesters until graduation
Availability to work at least 3 days a week
Fast learner who is eager to face new technological challenges and come up with innovative solutions
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of infrastructure concepts
Network knowledge
Development of distributed systems
System Administration
System Development
Deep knowledge of enterprise storage environments
Experience with continuous integration and delivery
C++ knowledge

Implement new features and optimize existing ones.
Be in charge of constantly improving our infrastructure.
Experiment with new technologies, find cool new ways of doing things.
Expand the capabilities of existing tools and create new ones.
