User Acquisition Manager

A technologically driven mobile games publisher that specializes in hyper and hybrid casual games powered by an innovative monetization engine is currently looking for a User Acquisition Manager.
Job Description:

As the User Acquisition Manager at App Central, your key responsibilities are user acquisition and monetization efforts. This role demands a blend of analytical prowess and creative thinking to optimize long-term value (LTV) through creative and metrical optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
1.⁠ ⁠Exhibit a deep understanding of the user acquisition ecosystem (experience in hyper or hybrid casual games - a plus).

2.⁠ ⁠Apply both analytical and creative skills to enhance creative and metrical optimization towards improving LTV.

3.⁠ ⁠Demonstrate hands-on experience with major media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google) and ad networks (Unity, Applovin, Mintegral, etc.).

4.⁠ ⁠Optimize waterfalls and other monetization tools, conduct A/B tests, and provide valuable insights to the product team.

5.⁠ ⁠Create and analyze cost/revenue forecasts to inform strategy.

6.⁠ ⁠Proactively seek new channels for user acquisition and monetization.
