About The Site

Wind power generation facility located near to Guanambi or Caetité, Bahia.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Site Coordinator, you will be directly responsible for managing the technical team, cost management, safety management, and contract management, serving as the focal point for direct negotiations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure compliance with all project safety, environmental and contractual responsibilities.

Coordinate all aspects of the day to day operation of the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner.

Coordinate resources availability with aplicable areas.

Coordinate maintenance and administrative staff.

Attend on-call shifts during weekends and holidays as planned.

Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather, climb ladders without assistance and work at heights greater than 80 meters (250 feet).

Prepare and control annual maintenance budgets and periodic status reports.

Perform quality inspection activities on the plant's generator fleet and auxiliary equipments.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Language proficiency in English, both verbal and written.

Electrical or Electromechanical Technician degree and hold a valid CFT’s License.

Minimum of four 3 years of WTG O&M field management experience

Strong knowledge in WTG O&M contract management.

Hold a National Driver's License - CNH B

Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

DESIRED SKILLS

Hold an engineering degree.

Hold a MBA degree in project management or related field.

Important point: Establish residence near the project location - Guanambi/BA or Caetité/BA.
