HO .Net Team Leader

About The Position

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of engineers to excellence
Develop and oversee the development of new features
Build scalable and high-quality software
Hire new engineers while mentoring and supporting the personal growth of current ones
Supporting production cycle and customer-related issues
Be part of the R&D management layer

Requirements

· At least 8 years of server development and architecture experience (C#, Java, Python)

· At least 3 engineering team management

· Strong server-side skills

· Experience with large-scale production systems

· Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully with engineers, product owners and business stakeholders

· B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent from a known university

· Experience and deep understanding of Agile and Lean product development methodologies.
