Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual closing processes.
Support the preparation of annual financial statements and tax reporting.
Manage revenue recognition, invoicing, and collections while working closely with the Sales Operations team.
Assist in preparing the company’s annual budget and the Budget vs. Actual analysis process.
Oversee cash flow forecasts and bank account activities to ensure proper liquidity management.
Manage intercompany reconciliations, including balances and transactions.
Support SOX-related tests and activities.
Prepare various financial analyses and support other projects as assigned.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain strong organizational support, excellent working relationships, and high service levels.

Requirements:

CPA from a Big 4 firm – a must
Internship in high-tech division - advantage
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Strong financial analysis skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive, proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
High proficiency in English – a must
