Front End Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic Front End Team Lead to join an energetic and innovative team in Herzliya.

We develop an AI-based platform that enables organizations to develop, deploy and manage ML and GenAI applications in live business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing the company's core product UI / FE - take end-to-end responsibility within an agile framework, from requirements gathering, into design and implementation, through close collaboration with local and remote colleagues.
Design and deliver high-performance, reusable code for UI components.
Mentor team members, set professional standards, and foster a culture of high engagement and motivation to attract and retain top talent.
Drive the adoption of best practices in software development and stay updated with emerging technologies to ensure cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of development experience with deep understanding of React and TypeScript / JavaScript, including Hooks and Redux, showcasing your ability to create high-quality UI components.
Minimum of 2 years as a software development team lead, managing at least 4 engineers.
Experience with JavaScript, including advanced concepts like asynchronous programming, closures, types, and ES6.
Proficiency in a wide range of software design approaches and common UX patterns.
Strong problem-solver, team player and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to provide technical guidance, while fostering a collaborative development environment.
Experience in building backend micro-services using different technologies (Node.js, Pyhon, Golang, Java, C#) - an advantage.
Experience with testing frameworks - an advantage.
Start-up experience is a plus.
