Book Keeper/Accountant

Location: Ashkelon, Hybrid and flexible hours

Job Type: Part Time (5 hours )Bookkeeping

We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled, independent, and responsible bookkeeper

The bookkeeper will be responsible for the daily accounting duties and financial transactions in our books.

Responsibilities:

- Bank reconciliations on a weekly basis.

- Managing suppliers (invoices, payments, reconciliations)

- Review and record employees reimbursement expenses (including travel

expense reports).

- End of month accounts reconciliations for books closing

- Ongoing reconciliation includes closing entries and cut-off accounts.

- Ad-hoc tasks as required.

- Payment for authorities and social costs

-preparation for annual external audit

Requirements:

- Level 2 bookkeeper diploma or equivalent knowledge a must - Type 3 is an

advantage.

- 3+ years bookkeeping experience - a multi-national company or CPA office is an advantage

- High-level English (both spoken and written).

- Experience working with Priority/Zoon software an advantage.

- Strong Excel skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
