Java Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our dynamic SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) company. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our enterprise-level SaaS applications using Java technologies. Your expertise will contribute to the enhancement and scalability of our software solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and UI/UX designers, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient Java-based SaaS applications.
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using best practices and design patterns.
* Perform code reviews and participate in team discussions to ensure code quality and adherence to development standards.
* Optimize application performance and identify and fix bottlenecks and bugs.
* Conduct thorough testing of developed features and functionalities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve the development process and enhance the product offerings.
* Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and maintain applications on cloud-based infrastructure.
* Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Java development to bring innovative solutions to the team.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Strong proficiency in Java programming language and associated frameworks, such as Spring or Hibernate.
* Experience in developing scalable web applications using Java-based technologies.
* Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
* Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries.
* Experience with web services and APIs (RESTful, SOAP).
* Knowledge of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React, is a plus.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from different disciplines.
* Proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and keeping up with industry trends.

Pay: 30,000.00₪ - 40,000.00₪ per month
