Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social)

We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to build and scale paid acquisition across Meta and TikTok. You’ll own campaigns end-to-end, from planning and execution to optimization and scaling, while partnering with creative teams and using data and experimentation to drive measurable growth. What You’ll Do Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok. Analyze performance, funnels, traffic quality, and profitability. Partner with creative teams to develop and test high-performing ads. Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, bidding, and campaign structures. Identify opportunities to improve conversion and acquisition efficiency. Use data, attribution, and incrementality insights to guide decisions. Leverage AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, testing, and workflows. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing/paid social experience. Proven experience managing Meta and TikTok campaigns end-to-end. Strong analytical and experimentation skills, with Excel/Sheets/BI experience. Experience with acquisition funnels, landing pages, creative testing, and traffic quality. Consumer subscription/SaaS experience is a strong advantage.
