About The Position

Elmo servo drives technology (A Bosch Company) enables the world’s most advanced robotics, medical devices, semiconductors, and industrial automation equipment.

Elmo is looking for a motivated System Administrator to join our team!

Oversee the operation, maintenance, and administration of the organization’s IT systems.
Provide technical support and implement innovative solutions in a dynamic and complex work environment.
Perform system maintenance, monitor the backup system, support company employees, and execute infrastructure projects.
Ensure service targets are met and projects are delivered on time.
Requirements
At least 4-5 years of experience as a System Administrator – required.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science/Computer Engineering) – an advantage.
Professional certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, CCNA/CCNP, or VMware certification – significant advantage.
Active Directory – Managing users, permissions, and Group Policies – required.
DNS – Advanced DNS management and operation – required.
VMware and ESXi – Installation, management, and operation of virtual environments – required.
Firewall – Installation and maintenance of firewalls, preferably Fortigate and Palo Alto – required.
Office 365 – Managing cloud environments, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint – required.
Network – Configuration, maintenance, and management of Cisco and Juniper-based networks – required.
Familiarity with backup systems (Veeam Backup) and monitoring systems – advantage.
Knowledge of communication protocols and networks (TCP/IP, VLANs, Routing) – advantage.
Hebrew – required.
High-level English proficiency – reading, writing, and speaking.
Service-oriented attitude with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
Ability to independently and quickly resolve complex issues.
