In this role, you will report directly to the Divisional Controller and support the daily operations of the finance department, including: consolidated financial reporting across 4 production site across the globe, active role in identifying and proposing cost savings opportunities, supporting budget process, new project ROI calculations, assistance with audits and compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, multinational manufacturing environment and grow professionally in financial management.Job Location:Dimona is located in Southern Israel in the Negev, not far from the Dead Sea area, the lowest point on earth.The factory in Dimona was established in 1986 and has over 1,000 employees.Vishay Capacitors are embedded in various industries: Automotive, Telecom, Computers, Medical, Military, etc.Vishay Dimona provides its employees with support, a variety of tools for personal growth and a wide range of opportunities for career advancement within the company.Vishay is a stable company which has served as a solid working environment and “family” to thousands of employees over the years.What you will be doing:Support consolidation and reporting across multiple sites (including international locations) for all aspects of P&LFinancial management of risks associated with Sales and Inventories (LOCOM, obsolescence , risk of returns etc.,).Working closely with operation, engineering, purchasing and Tapi department in order identify inefficiencies and cost savings opportunitiesCoordinate and lead budget process and actively participate in Forecast processParticipate in financial projects and continuous improvement initiativesEstablishing and maintaining internal controlsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field3+ years of experience in accounting or FP&A, preferably in a manufacturing environmentHigh proficiency in Excel; VBA is a strong advantageExcellent English skills (spoken and written)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailGood understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS knowledge is an advantage)Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independentlyWillingness to work flexible hours when neededNice to Have:CPA or partial certification – an advantageExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)Exposure to international accounting or multinational corporationsWhat can we offer you for your talent:Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
