We're seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a visa specialist at our Chinese Visa Application Center in Tel Aviv. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling customer inquiries, and entering customer details, etc.

*Job Responsibilities:*

1. Facilitate clients in the collection and organization of visa materials, providing expert assistance for any visa-related queries.

2. Process and log all received passports, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of visa documents.

3. Handle client communication via phone calls and emails.

4. Oversee all aspects of Visa Service operations to guarantee a smooth process.

5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa trends and information.

*Job Requirements:*

1. Have legal work permits in Israel.

2. Bachelor's degree or above in any major.

3. Motivated, energetic and able to work as a part of a team.

4. Fluent in Hebrew and English, with the ability to effectively communicate in a professional setting.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

6. Proficient in MS Office Suite.

7. Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

1. Prior experience in a similar role.

2. Local driver's license (more than two years of driving experience).

3. Basic, intermediate, or advanced Chinese proficiency.

Salary: 8,000.00₪ - 10,000.00₪ per month
