What You'll Be Doing
* Manage Business Operations day to day activities and projects in the Lead to Cash domain: processes, Infrastructure improvement, KPIs and SLAs implementation. Lead the design process, with the ability to clearly define the business requirements aligned with senior management of the different departments, TEST and maintenance of systems enhancements to ensure optimal operational performance and minimize any frictions.
* Conducting full lifecycle analysis for ongoing improvements, providing technical assistance in training, team education, and coaching professional and technical staff.
* Hold deliverables of Operational tools implementations that will bring the Sales Organization to the next level.
* Work closely with Business Applications to ensure the development is aligned with the needs of the business.
